I bought some fake nails from k-mart that you glue on. When I pulled/bit them off there was some glue stuck to my nails (the glue is really strong) so i tried scratching the glue off with my teeth and I think part of my nail came with it. My nail looks retarded and I have no idea what to do. Please help me.
PS. I know I am not meant to rip the nails off but it is just a habit of mine.How can I fix my fingernails?

well you could put a plaster over the offending nail and not do it again
