How do you remove the yellowish stain on fingernails due to nail polish?

Remove the nail polish and use a nail buffer to remove the stain. How do you remove the yellowish stain on fingernails due to nail polish?
A nail buffer will definitely work, I had this stain on my toenails and when I buffed it, it came right off. Good Luck! How do you remove the yellowish stain on fingernails due to nail polish?
File it with a smooth emery board. It takes it right off!
you can use teeth whitner for the yellow stains on your nails...it works for me everytime
umm...well u can go get a manicure and the ppl their would take care of it for u, that way u get a whole new polish and get the stain off :)
There isn't much you can do when you wear polish all the time it will stain your nails unless you take it off and go without for a while. If you decide to do this you can buff your nails and it will take off some of the stain. Maybe check a beauty supply and ask them if they have something that will take off.
I have found to let the nails go without polish for sometime. maybe a few weeks
I've heard lemon juice. I usually just use on of those nail buffers. they do really good
I had the same exact problem!! What i did was file the yellowish stain off and to smooth them after i used a buffer. In the future, use a clear coat, or a base coat before painting on the colour. I had to learn that the hard way!!
A very tiny bit of bleach diluted in plain old water. like parts equal to 1/100

It is good for your nails anyway... It kills fungus and other nasties.

It is safe to do so. Dermatologists suggest it for toe fungus. Just rinse well and moisturize afterward.
I heard it would diminish with lemon juice, though I tried it on my toe nails and it didn't. You could use a bit of bleach, that seemed to help mine, but really only time and new growth will get rid of it.
Lemon juice might do the trick - try the realemon website it might have tips.
not so sure how to remove it but if you wear a base coat it will not only stop you getting stained nails it will also strengthen and nourish your nails
Stop painting your nails for a while. In the future you should wear a base coat. Red color nail polish is a big culprit.
From experience, there is nothing you can reallly do about it. I would suggest leaving them alone for awhile or just putting a clear/ clear pink shine on them. Take your vitamins and drink lots of water. Also, to help prevent the yellowness, always put a base coat down before the color.
Very LIGHTLY buff your nails with a super fine buffer.

When you wear polish in the future, make sure you use a non-yellowing clear base coat between your nail and the color--reds/oranges/dark colors stain the worst.

When you buff your natural nails always remember that every time you do, you are making your nail thinner so always do it so VERY lightly.
Lemon juice

peroxide

buffing

they sell nail whitener in stores I think it's made by sally hansen
Let them be polish free for about a week, then use only clear for awhile. Or buff the yellow off with a very low grain finger nail file or buffer sponge.
To remove the stain right away use a buffer or smooth emory board... but Always put on a clear base coat before wearing all dark colors and also cheap polishes that you got on a whim because the color was cute... :)
Use clear basecoats in the future.

Lemon juice helps get rid of nail stains.

Leave your nails without some nail polish for about 2 weeks.
that never happens to me but

you can use a nail polish remover!
